Within 14 days of delivery, unworn pieces in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged.

- Bespoke commissions
- Pieces already resized
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons (unless unopened)
How it works
Contact client services for a return authorisation and insured label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection.
